Although, there are certain hacks available which can do this.and more. I'm pretty up to date about activation info, but I've never come across anything that says this is possible, legally and keeping within the EULA. It starts with a rearm count of 5 giving you a total of 6 evaluation periods of up to 100 days each (90 + 10(before activation).

When we first downloaded the ISO from Microsoft we setup a testing machine when it was 2 days from expiring we did not want to rebuild it because we were deep in to testing with some complicated software.
